TANGI (Parainema Honey)

Parainema was first sown in 2017 and has prevailed as one of the leading varietals on this farm. It has a range of characteristics that lends itself to a diverse spectrum of flavors and expressions depending on the roast. This coffee has been roasted for, but not limited to, espresso where you will most certainly be met with juicy tangerine notes, rounded
out and upheld by the smooth tones of panela.
